Hello, I'm Ross

Helping people feel better in their bodies and minds.

My aim is simple: to improve wellbeing through accessible, inclusive yoga and pilates. I teach group classes, one-to-one sessions and classes for children, creating supportive spaces where people can move, breathe and reconnect, without pressure or judgement.

Yoga and pilates are for everyone. Age, gender, race, body shape, flexibility or experience: none of it matters here.

My Story

Before becoming a teacher, I spent many years working in high-pressure financial and insurance services. Yoga became a vital support during that time — and eventually, a new path.

Today, I teach people from all walks of life, including those with differing abilities, health conditions, and during life transitions. In October 2022, I ran my first Menopause Masterclass, combining a women’s circle, menopause-specific yoga practice, practical resources, and a recorded session for participants to keep.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me creating — through photography, painting, glasswork, or even making homemade blackberry jam and marmalade.

Previously Merakiyoga Surrey, now Meraki Wellness Surrey, reflecting our expanded offerings in yoga, pilates, and holistic wellbeing.

Come and practise with me.

I'd love to welcome you to one of my classes, sessions or retreats, wherever you are on your journey.
