CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICIES

With Term Deals, Courses or Monthly Class Passes, no refund or carry forwards will be made for unused sessions.

CLASSES GROUP SESSIONS

Booking is required, 24 hours prior to class at the latest. | Individual calendar monthly passes: to be purchased before your first class and must be used within the same calendar month. | Cancellation or Transfer of bookings: 24 hour notice is required. The request will only be processed if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start time. | Transfer of booking within the same month between classes of the same duration will be permitted. | Upgrades of passes during the month will be allowed (so if you purchase say a monthly 2 sessions pass you can upgrade to a 3 or 4 monthly pass, paying the difference in the monthly subscription).

Workshops, Special Events (Restorative), Retreats or Masterclasses

No refunds if the cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the event.

Bookings are subject to agreement and availability. | Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of an agreed session. | Payable by BACS in advance. |
